Do you include Evannia in your party? I had my party wiped out several times without losing, as long as evannia was still alive. --Xeeron 08:33, 30 Sep 2005 (EST)

agree[]

can confirm that, if you don't talk to evennia at the start, wiping doesn't fail the quest. it's probably evennia dying that finishes it.

This is a recent change then. Because I can confirm that 3 weeks ago, it did cause you to spawn back at Denravi. I'll change it then. --Karlos 08:28, 4 Oct 2005 (EST)

Walkthrough[]

"First off, [...] This is the best combination with this quest."

Isn't the statement - best combination - a bit odd in a game, where everything depends on the teamplay and the possible combination of classes? Don't we encourage the even now bad behavior to ask in chat just for an echo (ele) nuker and no other profession is allowed?

1st June 2006 Update[]

Anyone know what they changed in this update to this quest? I'm guessing they made it so Evannia can't be left behind now? --SK 01:06, 2 June 2006 (CDT)

AFAIK Evannia can still be left behind. Just tried it myself. --Erszebet 12:50, 31 January 2007 (CST)
I never spoke to her before commencing quest, nor after killing boss - quest log still updated, reward still given. Evennia is just an annoying irrelevance in this quest :D 89.240.237.133 20:37, 15 April 2007 (CDT)

bug[]

When this quest and Wanted: Inquisitor Lashona are both active at the same time, there are two copies of Captain Greywind, the NPC you must protect for Defend Denravi. When the Defend Denravi copy died for me, the "party was defeated" screen popped up, but my party resurrected as normal and was able to successfully complete the quest. Pretty wacky. I think you meant Defend North Kryta Province, not this quest. —Dr Ishmael Diablo the chicken 22:00, July 17, 2010 (UTC)
