Official term[]
Just wanted to note that "Environmental Effect" is now an official in-game term. --Tetris L 08:58, 12 May 2006 (CDT)
- So it's in the "skill" descriptions now? Did we just happen to guess the name correctly? -PanSola 09:02, 12 May 2006 (CDT)
- Yep. For example the "skill" description for Miasma reads: "Environmental Effect. While suffering from Miasma, you ..."
- Somebody should check if they changed it for other effects too, like Tar, which previously read "Spell. ..." or Scepter of Orr's Aura, which previously read "Signet. ...". --Tetris L 09:32, 12 May 2006 (CDT)
- Just checked. Tar still says "Spell. ..." and The Scepter still says "Signet. ..." --Ryard 10:02, 12 May 2006 (CDT)
Yesterday I noticed that they changed the description for Icy Ground (or was it Miasma??) . It now reads "Environment Effect. ...." (Note that it is "Environment Effect", not "Environmental Effect"!) This needs to be verified. We may have to move/rename. --Tetris L 03:50, 22 May 2006 (CDT)
- Hopefully ALL of them got renamed, instead of having some Environment Effect and some Environmental Effect... -User:PanSola (talk to the ) 03:59, 22 May 2006 (CDT)
- I remember seeing Envrionment too, but I forgot to mention it here. I think they renamed most if not all of them. -- 04:26, 22 May 2006 (CDT)
I'll move the article to Environment Effect, as this is the official ingame term now. However, I'm not sure what we should do with all those entries filed under [:Category:Environmental Effects] that are not officially labeled "Environment Effect" ingame, but "Spell" or "Signet" instead. What should we do with those?? -- 10:06, 12 June 2006 (CDT)

Can a table be generated like the one in Monster skill? RoseOfKali 21:53, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
