How does this skill relate to Martyr? How is this skill more effective than Martyr? Martyr requires only itself and one condition removal, and then you have little problems with mass conditions. This skill requires that you constantly use to acheive what Martyr does.

I find the comparison strange, it seems alot more like a condition removing Heal Party. --Sagius Truthbarron 08:28, 10 May 2006 (CDT)

It's like Martyr because it takes a condition from each party member away, the only other skill which does this is Martyr, it also heals if it is burning, which is great in situations especially on Ring of Fire and in places where burning is an issue. Also as the useage notes say disease can be removed too.

plus it doesn't give you the conditions and its not elite. so you get to remove a condition from each party member (with a chance of healing) all in 1 slot and no need for it to take up your elite slot. --Jamie 08:32, 10 May 2006 (CDT)

But Martyr is a stand alone skill and is easily spammable. With Martyr often you only need one monk with one condition removal. This skill is by no means better than Martyr, which removes all conditions. Extinguish requires not only that you spam a 15 energy 10 second recharge skill, but that you also bring extra condition removal.
This skill does not do the same thing as Martyr at all, and appearently the only comparison can be that it targets all party members. --Sagius Truthbarron 08:40, 10 May 2006 (CDT)
In a general sort of way transfer & remove are the same I guess, in the way they are not on the party member anymore, the different with Martyr is that it is tranfered and not removed. Even though I see you've put Martyr under condition removal when it is condition transfering, so I guess with this in mind Martyr & Extinguish are the same. --Jamie 08:43, 10 May 2006 (CDT)
