beat the quest "the time is nigh", nightfall born, cant have the quest mhenlo's request, then talk to mhenlo in consolate docks.
Its sad that the unoffical wiki is more helpful than this one. Why should you go to the talk page for a shady answer instead of scrolling under the picture of the npc and seeing a screen capture of an in game map or have the above frequently asked question addressed on the page? - Check out guildwiki.org instead of here or wiki.guildwars.com (I prefer guildwiki.org). If it needs updating and you can't edit on guildwiki. Just let them know and they can edit the page.
