- I find it annoying that Heroes are allowed to have Insignias on their Headgear, while human players can't. Entropy 05:28, 2 February 2007 (CST)
- We can. On Nightfall armors. — Stylva (talk)(contribs) 05:59, 2 February 2007 (CST)
- Yes, but it's rather annoying to have to change all my armor to Nightfall just for that. The art styles are all different too, and I'm fashion sensitive. Not to mention money - 6 Prophecies characters and 2 Factions ones, and I have to trek all the way to Elona to change armors...but wait! The Assassin and Ritualist classes still can't get insignias to headgear, since they cannot even craft any armor in Nightfall. Each piece of max armor is 1.5k, not to mention the cost of crafting materials. 6 X 1.5 = 15k as a base cost. And all those rare materials ><. It's still not fair. - First off, all old Prophecies and Factions headgear has got an update so they now correspond to having the Radiant insignia on them (excapt some kinds of warrior helms). Second, there are Ritualist and Assassin headgear in Nightfall. Ancient Armor and Vabbian Armor. Third thing, each piece of basic max armor in Nightfall is 1k plus materials, and 6 x 1.5 is not 15k, it's 9k ;) Just correcting things for other people reading this mainly, not to make your post sound silly or so. So the fairness is still drawn as far as possible without implementing all new mechanics into the old games. Which still I would prefer, but I understand Anet not doing so. — Stylva (talk)(contribs) 06:49, 2 February 2007 (CST)
- But I don't want the Radiant insignia necessarily; I'm nowhere near Vabbi; yes that was a typo; and, bah for taking the easy way out Anet. GG on not adding in Focus Cores, Inscriptions, Wand Wrappings, etc etc too. To think of all the salvageable items I've wasted because of it... >< Entropy 06:55, 2 February 2007 (CST)

- Jester's Cap and Freezie Crown do not accept inscriptions. --Heurist 06:26, 29 April 2007 (CDT)
older festival hats[]
I've noticed that, on older festival hats, if you never got rid of them, they can accept insignias. an example: [1] --SLeeVe 15:18, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
