Does this NPC have a unique skin that it uses? I've never seen that kind of armor on any other NPC--

- I believe so. It doesn't even look similar to any style of player armor that I know.

She's talking about trade routes, right? Then please tell me how in the name of everything somewhat holy can she maintain a trade rout in the Poisoned Outcrops of all places? -
