If you go to Talmark Wilderness and watch all of the dialogues for Dakutu village, you will get a quest allowing you to enter. I know for a fact that there is a second criteria, but I'm not sure what it is. If you try to enter, it will say "One or more among you has not seen Princess Salma rise to power." I was able to get the quest, but my playing buddy was not, even though we did the dialogues together. --Ascalon Destroyer 22:06, May 15, 2010 (UTC)

The lost princess and the royal papers quests might be prerequisites.
