Someone should use this blessing that gives +1 in conjunction with all the various other skills and shrine blessings to push even higher the values of skills at high attribute levels. Good thought! Though I think that finding volunteers for this will be hard... And that minion levels are capped, but if they're not... A level 30 Flesh Golem, OUCH!
