This skill is essential if you use Enraged Smash. Sever Artery and Counter Blow are the cheapest non-elite adrenal attacks with only 4 hits of adneraline. Penetrating blow is the next one with 5. The next one would be at 6, but hallaluja we have this replica of penetrating blow, so we now have 2 skills for 4 hits of adneraline, and 2 skills for 5.

he meant attacks not shouts or stances.
better to bring stances/shouts than attack skills for other weapons. For enraged smash, bring Rush, "watch Yourself!", Counter Blow, "Fear Me!", Flail... any 4 of those. Trivia[]
Previously stated the axe in the icon was under the effect of a weapon spell, then some anon changed it to say it was a zodiac axe. It isn't glowing like a weapon spell or a zodiac axe; that glow is around everything that's happening in the icon. It doesn't look anything like either of those things so I removed it altogether. If anything, it looks like a Plagueborn Axe. Ethigenetic 20:12, August 4, 2010 (UTC)
