Despite description...[]
I can't find anything in the description of Straight to the Top that indicates a gender at all, with the possible exception of "Scoundrel" (which is usually used in a male sense)

- Or maybe she is what she appears to be, and the "him" is either A) a mistake by ANet, or B) in-game, the character who takes the quest simply assumes the leader of the "Brotherhood" is male.
