Why do we need two[]
Why do we need two articles on this ... Ranger Attribute Headgears and Ranger Headgear. To match the other professions, the only page existing should be Attribute Headgears. So it has to be merged in some way. Everyone agree? --MasterPatricko 13:41, 4 October 2006 (CDT)
- No, absolutely not. The attribute headgear articles is focused on function, not art. These includes both. Merge would be ok, but not to remove these. This is alot of inofrmation not always kept in any other place. I generally dislike the atttribute headgear pages. — Stylva 14:12, 4 October 2006 (CDT)
- Btw, it's not necessary to post exactly the same post on alot of talk pages. And, you say, to fit with the other profession, though almost all the other professions have these special headgear articles. Quick question about headgear[]
I noticed few updates back that my ranger now has 33 energy where as before I had 32. I'm wondering which piece of armor anet changed. Did they add +1 energy for the headgear or has that always been there?
nm, got my question answered in game.
- To give an answer here anyway, after Nightfall came out, Anet added +1 energy bonuses to all max armor Prophecies and Factions headgears, in the spirit of parity. This is the equivalent of a Radiant Insignia on Nightfall headgears. Arshay Duskbrow 02:50, 2 December 2006 (CST)
All out of whack...[]
I think it's time that this page (and the other one that is like it) are redone. I tried to correct them but it just seems so confusing. For instance I tak it that previously each attribute had its own mask, but now each mask has one for each attribute. This is the case in Droknar's Forge. Though contrary to that the Lion's Arch Armor collector doesnt stock one mask for each attribute but stocks two Hunter Masks, one in Marksmanship the other in Expertise.
Also i see no existance of this Archer's Mask...but seeing as my Ranger in a NF char i havnt visited all the other armour crafters to gain sufficient data on armor. Maybe totally re-doing the Ranger Headgear article/s is a good idea, possibly incorparating a new format to counter this weird attribute thing...
