The 19-Jan-06 Update[]

The 19-Jan-06 update more-or-less made the whole process of rezoning, obsolete. I think this article should be updated or edited to reflect this new method of party travel.

In my experience, people have generally referred to using party travel in order to reach another district as rezoning since the update, so the term's still in use. Traditional rezoning is also still used on cap runs when a specific boss has a spawn point fairly close to a zone boundary and other spawn points sufficiently far away that repeatedly rezoning is generally faster than fighting all the way to the other spawn points. --Gordon Ecker 05:45, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
I normally hear the term "rezone" being used by runners when they die halfway along the run. They call for a "rezone" and someone standing at the start walks back through the warp into the last area/town so the runner will respawn. So in other words I think the definition should be updated to include this and the article should not be deleted. --Xasxas256 06:05, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
I agree. The article should be updated to indicate the new method of party travel. --DaveBaggins 05:30, 31 January (CST)
