RM has a use, great for stopping your 'sin combo getting messed up by a guardian =) still needs a 5/10s second recharge and 1 sec cast mind you.. Skuld

- It would be too powerful then. The 1 cast would be handy, yes, but the recharge would make it to easily spammable and could be abused too much. Skills like Warrior's Cunning are still very useful (and used) even with high recharge.

Expose defenses(Hex) - 1 sec cast, 10 sec recharge ,target cannot block or evade attacks for up to 3-9 seconds. Skuld this is your new Rigor Mortis that you wanted
