Red names, wont workSkuld Monk 10:53, 7 May 2006 (CDT)
Some wolves with red names in pre-searing are charmable. Bears too, if they wouldn't use Break Charm. --Tetris L 11:13, 7 May 2006 (CDT)
I remember always charming a Melandru's Stalker while it was red, mainly because I attacked it. --Jamie 04:26, 9 May 2006 (CDT)
And Charm Animal turns animals red when you use it. So did anyone test Charm Animal? If not I'll test it before my ranger gets a phoenix. -- Gordon Ecker 17:31, 5 September 2006 (CDT)
I tested it. They can't me charmed. --Wethospu 07:40, 23 October 2006 (CDT)

Animal hides as rare as green it seems[]

I've done Cho's Estate and explorable solo a dozen times, and never once got an animal hide. Did they remove them from game?

same not a single hide!-- Samurai snack 14:31, 11 August 2006 (CDT)
I've done it 'a few' times also, but no Animal Hide has dropped.. Teknikaali 12:42, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
In Hard Mode I've had them drop Warrior Tomes several times. Forgot to take a screenie though. Will do if needed.
And this morning, a Sickened Moa and a Sickened Warthog dropped one as well, got screenshots, but don't know how to post them (if necessary). 84.24.112.7 12:03, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

The question that I have is can you Charm any of the Sickened Animals?--Caveman28640

No, you cannot. 18:02, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

Species?[]

Does EoE consider them the same species as regular animals? I'm assuming it does, but species is sometimes counter-intuitive (ettins and yeti are ogres, scarabs, spiders and devourers are separate species). -- Gordon Ecker 17:31, 5 September 2006 (CDT)

Holy damage[]

I noticed while doing minister cho estate mission in hard mode that the sickened pets are taking double damage from eternal aura which deals holy damage as far as I know only undead take double damage so are they considered undead? floWenoL (Talk to me) 16:56, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

They use Primal Rage/Frenzy, so go figure. Kurtan 17:02, 1 April 2009 (UTC)
