- Answer to question 1: it's vandalism. Answer to question 2: to edit what appears on this page, you have to edit the actual pages. If you click edit on this page, you'll see a bunch of {{}} with article names. This page merely pulls what's on other pages together on one page. All of the words and boxes and links are actually contained on other pages, whose names are in the brackets. I browsed through the skill trainers until I found Steig. See my edit here.
