Just added Plagueborn Staff to the list.. Salvaged 3 spiritwood planks out of one today. (Soulflame 11:08, 31 March 2007 (CDT))
Also Guardian Branch. Had a blue non-perfect, so added Measure for Measure and salvaged 6 spiritwood planks. Krenn 22:42, 27 June 2007 (CDT)
Usage[]
do these still have any use since the update of all the armors (all insignia)? Thempest 09:59, 1 July 2007 (CDT) - forgot to sign in
- Yes, since Obsidian armor has always had all inherent properties available, and people bought it back then. It's still obvious and extremely expensive, so of course people will buy it :P --Gimmethegepgun 11:07, 1 July 2007 (CDT)
- Obsidian armor doesn't use Spiritwood Planks anymore, as far as I can tell. Kite 00:35, 14 July 2007 (CDT)
Prices going through the roof[]

Request for revert[]
Please can we revert the "- * Can be bought at Rare Material Traders (generally cheaper than crafting)." back into the article. It's starting a mini revert war.^^--JP 17:17, 2 September 2007 (CDT)
- Well, generally, it isn't since the Black Moa Chick Mini Pet Thingummiewot With a Huge Name If You Type It Like This, iirc... so, yeah, I d'no if it is supposed to be in there. --84.24.206.123 16:55, 5 September 2007 (CDT)
- I'm in favor of removing the note about it being cheaper at traders than from crafters; at least until after the rush to get the Black Moa mini is over. As of this message; 1 Spiritwood Plank is 320gold, Wood Planks are 100gold for 10, and Glittering Dust is at 140 for 10. 5x10=50 (price of Wood used per Spiritwood), 50+140=190 (Wood + Dust), 190+100 (previous cost+crafting cost)=290. Cheaper than Trader. I realize the price may, and probably will, go down; but until then it is probably best not including that line.Monk 11:40, 7 September 2007 (CDT)
- Wiki doesn't do prices. --Macros 18:32, 8 September 2007 (CDT)
- I realise that, the price is only used for backing up my point that the line in question should not be there at this time. Monk 15:23, 9 September 2007 (CDT)
- Trader is currently selling @ 270gp. So it's now cheaper to purchase from the Rare Material Traders again. P.hilling 12:13, 23 September 2007 (CDT)
