- I stumbled across this and would like to have the name clarified and agreed before I start sorting the Tengu categories. The name "Star guardian" sounds okay to me (it should be lowercase though, as per GWiki policy). Alternative names could be "Star Tengu" or "Celestial Tengu". We all agree that they are Tengu, right?! --

- They most certainly are Tengu, and they don't show up only during Nahpui Quarter...they also appear during the quest The Challenge. This screenshot shows a short dialog sequence involving Soar Windfeather and his Star Tengu/Star Guardian/Whatever gang during The Challenge.
