- Sskai does that too. Half cast spirit ritualist bosses are more scary! — Skuld

- i've noticed a lot of the factions bosses are faster then regular foes. this first became really apparent when i was attempting to interupt the monk boss in Tahnnakai Temple as i played through with my new mesmer. --Honorable Sarah

- In a Gaile Gray chat log found on Gurus, when players questioned why Cantha bosses seem much harder, she only explained that they are the same as their regular counterparts, but with added hit points, higher attribute points, and heal skills (if regular mobs do not have such skills). She did not mention that some of the skills are actually modified to give the bosses an even better advantage. Either ANet is keeping some things secret or those in different positions, for example programmers and PR, do not stay on the same level as one would think.
- Little suprises and harder mobs are actually fun and keep you interested, but the fact Gaile did not mention the boss skill buffs just seems odd. -Gares 10:17, 12 July 2006 (CDT)
Special Boss[]
I believe this is a special boss much like Hops Flameinator. Doesn't it seem like Tarnen the Bully and Shove have some kind of allusion to something else? I can't seem to find anything, if someone can that'd be great. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 12.181.70.179 (talk • contribs) 19:42, 6 June 2006 (CDT).
this guy is so damn strong. his group always PwNs us ):o --User:Aptaleon Griefhaven
- It's because it's, like, 3 bonders and 4 warriors and 1 super warrior. :S Shido 23:12, 20 January 2007 (CST)
I usually muck around with Tarnen with my assassin or warrior and the henchies. First time, yeah, I got pwnt too.
Any way you do it, flag the henchies on that vine at the corner of the bridge end before you go pull them. With 2 hench tanks, either I rush to the back and start pressuring the monks, or go at it Steel Wall style and just trap all the warriors at the corner. If you're going after the monks first, do it gardener -> gutter -> guardian -> Tarnen. While Tarnen is a superwarrior, most of the group's firepower is still in the guardians. Steel Wall will chew at the dredges pretty slowly since they have bonder support but it's very safe and you'll get the job done with very little running around. Good place to work in Riposte. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.50.201.220 (contribs) .
