So are all Prophecies specific skills just getting a name change for Factions? Guess the reason for Core skills was because ANet couldn't think of new names for those skills? :P --Gares Redstorm 01:17, 25 March 2006 (CST)

That's what it looks like. Bestial Fury = Tiger's Fury, Dragon's Stomp = Earthquake, etc. I'm still missing my good ol' buddy Savage Shot, though. — Stabber 01:19, 25 March 2006 (CST)

They are duplicates for people who do not own prophecies. it's to stop imbalance — Skuld 01:25, 25 March 2006 (CST)

Not knocking it, it would be interesting to use the exact same skill without having to have a Mesmer secondary for Echo or Arcane Echo. There are going to be some looooong skill menus though. I'll be afraid to hit K and sift through skills after I get one of my Prophecies characters to the end of Factions. O.O --Gares Redstorm 01:35, 25 March 2006 (CST)

Description Not Matching Behavior?[]

If the AOE testing ring on Isle of the Nameless is correct, the description of this skill doesn't match its behavior -- both the aoe damage and the "on fire" condition are applied to nearby foes. Foes in the area are unaffected.--66.92.73.217 15:11, 16 September 2006 (CDT)

It says "in the area of effect" not "in the area." --Fyren 16:35, 16 September 2006 (CDT)

Breath of Fire[]
