- Perhaps they don't copy Shouts that have a target, as opposed to SY and Paragon stuff that is untargeted.

Added a note that it didnt effect YMLAD! or FH! but seeing as how other pve skills arent effected i'll change it so it says it doesnt effect pve-only skills.--Ikimono"Mutton Chop Man"
