Can someone confirm or deny that there is actually no AL 47 Collector's Leggings?

In the collector's chart it says that Mergoyle Skulls can be redeemed for Ringmail Leggings. But looking on the wiki page for Mergoyle Skull, no collector appears for the leggings, only the gauntlets and boots. If there is no collector who will trade Mergoyle Skulls for the leggings, then the entry should be removed from this page.
