I like it. I like it alot, it'll go nice on a SS/anti-melee necro in a party that's largely melee/monks & necros. I'm talking about PvE of course --Blue.rellik 21:03, 16 August 2007 (CDT)
It would certainly combine well with other melee team members that can exploit the reduced armor. There are some skills that cause deep wound if you're suffering from cracked armor too. Might be combinable with Piercing Trap. Get a team of ppl, have a ranger set up the trap while the others kill something. When something dies, put up one of these, hit some more things, lure them onto the trap and bam. Add Mark of Pain and you've got a decent trap nuke for dungeons. I like it aswell , and its wonderfull in combination with a Minion Master all minions causing cracked armor to whomever stands in the well , the bad side to paring it with a MM is that it uses a corpse. --Oremir 16:06, 3 September 2007 (CDT)
would piercing trap trigger the extra dmg while this well was up? like if other traps hit the person at the same time this trap does will it give them cracked armor and do the additional dmgLithen 19:51, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
Ran with a Barbs/MoP necro in HA, had 3 R/P spamming chest thumper, plenty of deep wound to go around.

What an extravagant waste of a spell when compared with Weaken Armor; half the energy, a fourth of the recharge time. With no need for a corpse, physical damage or the target to be in the well —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 99.236.186.232 (contribs) .
- Weaken armor's cracked armor can be removed while Well of Ruin's get's reapplied every physical hit.68.189.245.142 04:58, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
- Cracked Armor is just RC fodder anyway --Gimmethegepgun 06:58, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
