- Why? — Skuld 04:44, 16 February 2007 (CST)
- Because it is :D and alot of people actually use it this way (there is no other real use to this shield)
oh and why is it in wintergreen WEAPON section actually it's a shield <.<

Seems, pointless to change it. 132.203.83.38 07:10, 16 February 2007 (CST)
- If you read the manuals you'll see that shields and off-hands are referred to as weapons. --Rainith 11:55, 16 February 2007 (CST)
master of my domain inscript[]
i tested today in isle of nameless with sig of devo, shield of absorption, vigorous spirit, shielding hands, spring, rush, peace and harmony, and healing signet. originally i had all attributes set to 0 and used skills over 20 times each (with 20% inscript) and never had a single +1 come into effect. i raised attributes and same story, no effect. --Fatigue 08:32, 4 June 2007 (CDT)
salvage[]
i used my master of domain inscript on mine for the above testing and the article says the shields cannot be salvaged, however, it lets me pull up the menu to salvage. i love gwiki but i don't love it enough to try to actually salvage in fear of losing my shield. has someone actually tried to salvage and it stopped them after they selected what they salvaged? or are the shields like hero armor where you will always successfully return the salvage without losing the item? or are they normal and have a chance of being lost like all other items? --Fatigue 08:32, 4 June 2007 (CDT)
there is the perfect salvage kit
