- Probably just all the PvP NPCs, I think. Which would make sense, because all the other tonics can only be used in outposts, while this one can only be used outside of PvP. EDIT: I just realised, this isn't the only one that can be used outside of outposts. The Yuletide and Transmogrifiers can also be used in instances, so I'm guessing only tonics that don't affect your collision box can be used in instances? Nikanor Nascent 22:13, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
