Talous the Mad is an Outcast Mesmer boss found in Rhea's Crater.

- Rhea's Crater: Along the western side of the area southwest of the entrance to The Aurios Mines.

If you follow the map to the right to reach Talous, you will run into Wavecrest Stonebreak and her group. Do not kill them but follow them instead. They will kill all outcasts in your way, including Talous herself, saving you a whole lot of trouble. Of course, this will eliminate all experience and drops those groups give, as well as all chance of getting her unique item.
However sometimes they don't meet. Talous comes later than Wavecrest Stonebreak.
