Walkthrough

When Weng Gha gives you this quest, he also gives you a Starter Hammer and the skills Frenzy and Mighty Blow. Head back towards Tsumei Village and the fields outside of it. There will be three Crop Thieves there. Kill them and return to Weng Gha to complete the quest.
