Description
The Hunger is one of Varesh's demons. It serves as a mix between a pet, friend, and soldier for her, and is easily the most powerful demon she has under her control at the start of the game. As its name suggests, The Hunger is capable of devouring a great deal. It is made blatantly obvious throughout the players' stay in Kourna that this includes members of the Kournan military, as well as any other form of meat it can get its hands on. After the players break out the Centaurs at Kodonur Crossroads, the Hunger helps General Bayel track down the players. It is their duty to kill both in the mission Moddok Crevice.
The creature also seems to share some sort of bond with the Drought. Whether this is purely emotional or something more is unknown.
