Summary

1. Find Ke Feng's boss, Shae Wong, in Kaineng Center.
2. Find Ke Feng in the Undercity and inform him that his cover is blown.
3. Kill the Jade Brotherhood thug Noqui
4. Return to Shae Wong and tell him what has transpired.

Requirements

The first part of doing this quest is obtaining it from Ke Feng. To find him, go to his location and talk to a nearby NPC named Baosen. Baosen has no quest marker above his head, but upon talking to him, he says "Here! Quickly, take this!" and causes a number of Jade Brotherhood, including Ke Feng, to spawn. Once the group of Jade Brotherhood is defeated, Ke Feng reveals himself as an undercover agent and offers you the quest.

Dialogue

Do not kill me! Let me explain! I am the undercover Canthan Guard investigating a connection between a key ministry official and a high-ranking Jade Brotherhood member. That scroll has evidence crucial to my case. I have heard word of your deeds and know that you can be trusted. I must pursue another lead, so could you please pass that scroll on to my captain, Shae Wong, in Kaineng Center?

Intermediate Dialogue 1 (Shae Wong)

"Ke Feng sent you, you say? I will take this evidence into consideration; however, I have some grave news. Ke Feng's identity has been dicovered and his life is in danger. Please return to the Undercity immediately and warn him of an ambush orchestrated by a Jade Brotherhood thug by the name of Noqui. Please hurry! His life depends on it."

Reward Dialogue

"Today is a day for mourning. Ke Feng was like a son to me, and I will not let his death be in vain. The Jade Brotherhood has a long history of bribing the ministry, but thanks to Ke Feng's sacrifice, they will be exposed and brought to justice."

Walkthrough

After obtaining the quest, travel back to Kaineng Center. After reporting to Shae Wong, return back to Ke Feng, who will be killed by Noqui, a member of the Jade Brotherhood. Kill Noqui and his mob and return back once again to Shae Wong to get your reward.

Notes

There is an NPC just outside of Senji's named Senjo Wah. When speaking to him, he offers information about the quest.

Senjo Wah

"I cannot impress upon you enough how important it is that you find Captain Shae Wong in Kaineng Center and give him that scroll."

However, it seems that he has little else to do with the quest, nor is it necessary to talk to him to complete it.

Oddly, Brother Tosai utters the same dialogue when you have this quest and Masters of Corruption active. It is not yet sure what this means.
