General

Tortured Spirits are the souls that inhabit the Forgotten Vale. They are harmless NPCs except when the Wrathful Spirits quest is active, in which some of them will become hostile. These hostile ones are referred to in the quest as "Wrathful Spirits" but their name still shows "Tortured Spirit".

• Far Shiverpeaks
  • Varajar Fells (only during the Wintersday 2008 quest Wintersday Cheer)
• The Underworld
  • In the Forgotten Vale west of the starting area and south of the Reaper of the Forgotten Vale.
  • In the Bone Pits, during the quest Imprisoned Spirits.
