Prophecies Campaign

The Tyrian Armor is a set of armor art for the 6 core professions from the Prophecies Campaign. In the Prophecies Campaign, the Tyrian Armor art is only used for the respective profession's armorer version of basic armor (although the Warrior profession only uses this art for the Chainmail Armor).

As collector armors are cheaper to get, and there are always other craftable armor with better stats, the Tyrian Armor art, which is tied to the armorer version of basic armor, typically don't see much action in the Prophecies Campaign.

Factions Campaign

In the Factions Campaign, the Tyrian Armor art makes a comeback for the core professions, and is available as one of the two hidden-away armor arts available in explorable areas.

The corresponding armors for the Factions Campaign professions are called Exotic Armor, and is crafted by the same crafter. There is also an Ascended version of the Exotic Armor, but the crafter, Wei Qi, does not make anything for the core professions.
