Guild War Characters

Ranger-icon-small/NA-icon-small Ayne Roland Ranger-icon-small/NA-icon-small

She was born a R/Me but decided to quit the Mesmer profession after the Gods of Tyria decided Fragility and Incendiary Arrows were blashphemous and thus wiped the skill combination. She prefers to rely on Concussion Shot, Distracting Shot, Savage Shot, and the ever so popular Barrage. She hates it when she doesn't have control over spell casters and especially hates fighting monks that spam.

Her biggest hopes are to be able to start her own zoo so she can choose from a number of pets to go adventuring with and for Xunlai to build her a closet to store multiple wardrobes.

A confessed pyromaniac, she thought joining the faith would absolve her of her sins. However, she ended up dealing righteous fury to enemies rather than protecting her teammates. Burning things can be quite fun at first, espcially when everything burns to a crisp in mere seconds, but as she progressed she found herself ineffective, weak, and shockingly...bored. Thus before heading to the bland wasteland known as the Crystal Desert, she settled down and started a collection of pretty objects.

Warrior-icon-small/Necromancer-icon-small Freya of Folkvangr Warrior-icon-small/Necromancer-icon-small

Upset at the current battle tatics used by Paladins throughout Tyria (such as casting Mending when Mesmers are around and rampant aggro of dangerous monsters despite team warnings), Freya picked up the sword in hopes to alleviate this trend. She has come to realize this is a futile goal and thus gave up the Monk profession to turn to the dark side.

Her choice of swords are two fold: First, Cordova seems to have plenty of them lying around. Second, she admires the large variety of appealing looks.

Ritualist-icon-small/Necromancer-icon-small Sarasvati The Yidam Ritualist-icon-small/Necromancer-icon-small

Sara is the object of much scorn and disdain as many view her obviously inferior to a true born necromancer MM. Nevertheless, she stuck to her ways and was able to fight her way through most of Cantha with relative ease. She had also considered branching out to study Monking but subsequently gave up that dream after she inspection her savings account. Who knew the trainers in Cantha would be such scrooges with their teachings compared to their Ascalonian brethren! Having beaten Shiro, she now turns to a peaceful life of farming.
