Necromancer drinking Absinthe.
Vial of Absinthe (formerly just Absinthe) was an item available during the Halloween 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 special events. It was traded by several Halloween collectors in several cities in Elona and Tyria. In addition, Absinthe was handed out as a random prize for players who obeyed the Mad King when he appeared at Lion's Arch and Kamadan.

Halloween collector items, purchased or received from the Mad King, will remain in each character's inventory until they are used or destroyed.
It can't be used on competitive areas such Heroes Ascent or their associated waiting areas.
