Description[]
Once home to the famous assassin Vizu, inhabitants of this neighborhood successfully petitioned the Celestial Ministry in the year 1396 to rename it in honor of the woman who had helped bring down Shiro the Betrayer.

- For Factions Campaign characters, follow and complete the quest Mayhem in the Market.
- For characters of other campaigns, you must complete the Zen Daijun mission, and then join a party with Factions characters doing the quest Mayhem in the Market.
