Description

The Warden of Saprophytes appears in Ferndale. He is the leader of the wardens that harass the dredges in the quest Temple of the Dredge, though the players do not need to take the quest for him to spawn. However, if all members of the party have completed said quest, this boss will not appear.

• This boss is a renamed copy of Falaharn Mistwarden.
• If you wish to get Falaharn's Split Chakrams from Warden of Saprophytes instead of Falaharn Mistwarden, do not accept the quest Temple of the Dredge from Moleneaux, as Warden of Saprophytes will be gone after completion of the quest.
• This boss has a paticularily nasty spike with the skill Dancing Daggers, dealing 300+ damage on a 60 AL target.

Trivia

• A saprophyte is a fungus that feeds on dead or decaying organic matter. The term has fallen out of use since the reclassification of fungi as a separate kingdom rather than a subkingdom of plants.
