A Weapon Spell is a type of ritualist spell that gives the target a "weapon". A weapon under a weapon spell usually takes on a distinct appearance. It does not replace the effects of real weapon being wielded by the target.
Weapon Spells essentially act like enchantments. However, since they are a different skill type, enchantment removal or other skills that trigger on them don't work with Weapon Spells.
Each character can only be affected by one Weapon Spell at a time. If a new Weapon Spell is cast on a character already under one, the old one is removed and replaced by the new one.
