Description

Found below ground, Whirling Wisps can become a headache for any spell caster because their elite Vow of Silence. They can be found with Shattered Elementals.

Above and below ground they have another counter part called Chilling Wisp. They are sometimes found with these counter parts below ground in dungeons or explorable areas.
