Yomindhe was the Istani scholar whose only known work is journal, which contains research on the Scarab Plague. He is mentioned only briefly during A Perplexing Plague and A Mysterious Missive. The first quest results in the discovery of a note signed by the scholar; the second is the search for his journal.
